Marc Tasman took over a polaroid of himself everyday for 10 years. He started doing this years before youtube was created. Why? Who knows, but there are some interesting frum shots in there with tafillin, yarmulke, etc. Of course, there are also pictures of him taking a crap, and the frum phase seems to have been short-lived. Interestingly enough, Marc has an even more (moderately) successful video of himself as a programmer wiz-kid. No doubt, he’s got a moderately interesting life-story to go along with it as well.

i had heard of mark fasman’s photo a day video but i hadnt seen it until now. its quite amazing and disturbing how he ages before your very eyes.
Yeah, it is depressing for some reason.
Maybe because he goes through 10 years and a bunch of changes but he’s still alone at the end. Maybe not in real life, but that’s what you come away with at the end because there are no other people, like a woman or kids.
No, not so depressing, not this video. Check it out. Happy at the end–last 45 seconds are all smiles. Baby boy shows up about half way through.
Yeah, that’s true. It must be the music then. That, and I didn’t really catch the baby in there until you mentioned him. Needs more cowbell
